Exchange & Return Window
Customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receiving their order.
Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in their original condition.
- Include original tags and packaging.
- Show no signs of damage caused by misuse.
Refunds
Approved returns are eligible for a refund using the agreed refund method, after the returned product passes inspection.
Exchanges
Customers may exchange products for a different size, color, or available item.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees related to exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received has a manufacturing defect or was shipped incorrectly.
Manufacturing Defects
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for immediate assistance.
ANTI BASIC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
