Exchange & Return Window

Customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receiving their order.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Include original tags and packaging.
  • Show no signs of damage caused by misuse.

Refunds

Approved returns are eligible for a refund using the agreed refund method after the returned product passes inspection.

Exchanges

Customers may exchange products for a different size, color, or available item.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees related to exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received has a manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment.

Manufacturing Defects


  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for immediate assistance.

  • ANTI BASIC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
