What does Anti Basic sell?
Anti Basic is an Egyptian streetwear brand. Our Winter Collection has Melton hoodies, a Melton zip hoodie, a matching Melton set, and wide-leg, balloon-fit and baggy sweatpants.
Where are Anti Basic clothes made?
Every Anti Basic piece is made in Egypt. The team behind the brand comes from years of hands-on work in clothing factories, from fabric selection to production and quality control.
Does Anti Basic have a physical store?
No. Anti Basic is an online-only store. You order on anti-basic.com and we deliver to your door anywhere in Egypt.
Do you deliver to all governorates in Egypt?
Yes. We ship to every governorate in Egypt.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery takes 24–48 hours in Cairo and Giza, and 24–72 hours in other governorates, depending on location and courier availability.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping fee depends on your governorate and is shown at checkout before you pay. Details are in our shipping policy.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available, so you pay when your order arrives. Any other payment options are shown at checkout.
How do I find my size?
Each product's fit is written in its Product Details, and every product page has a Size guide with the measurements. If you are between sizes, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and with the original tags and packaging. You can exchange for a different size, colour or another available item. Full details are in our refund policy.
Who pays for return or exchange shipping?
The customer pays return or exchange shipping. The only exception is an item that arrived with a manufacturing defect or was sent by mistake.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos, on WhatsApp or at support@anti-basic.com, and we will sort it out.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Message us on WhatsApp or email support@anti-basic.com with your order number and photos of the item.

WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us. You can also email support@anti-basic.com or send a DM on Instagram (@anti_basic.eg), TikTok (@anti.basic.eg) or Facebook. We are available Saturday to Thursday, 8 AM to 10 PM, and we aim to reply within 24 hours.

ينفع أدفع كاش عند الاستلام؟
أيوه، الدفع عند الاستلام متاح، يعني بتدفع لما الأوردر يوصلك. أي طرق دفع تانية بتظهرلك في صفحة الدفع.
أعرف مقاسي إزاي؟
قَصّة كل منتج مكتوبة في Product Details بتاعته، وفي كل صفحة منتج Size guide فيه القياسات. لو محتار بين مقاسين، كلّمنا على WhatsApp ونساعدك تختار.
ينفع أرجّع أو أبدّل؟
أيوه، تقدر تطلب إرجاع أو استبدال خلال 14 يوم من استلام الأوردر. لازم القطعة تكون متلبستش، وبحالتها الأصلية، ومعاها التيكت والتغليف الأصلي. وتقدر تبدّل بمقاس أو لون تاني أو أي منتج تاني متاح. التفاصيل كاملة في سياسة الاسترجاع.
مين بيدفع شحن الإرجاع أو الاستبدال؟
العميل هو اللي بيدفع شحن الإرجاع أو الاستبدال. الاستثناء الوحيد لو القطعة وصلت فيها عيب صناعة أو اتبعتت غلط.

كلّمنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام على WhatsApp أو على support@anti-basic.com، وابعت صور واضحة، وهنحلّها.
